Strange --- I installed it, but I see no difference in the output on the forum page on my VB 4.2.0

Its messing up the look of the subforums, for a fixed style

Seems that it doesn't work with vBulletin 4.2.0

It's working fine on my vB 4.2.0. Are you using a custom style, by chance?

It does work with 4.2.0, but not on "some" custom styles, which is prob an error on my behalf, regards my style.

Does not work for me as well with vBulletin 4.2.0. I have default style

sun forums heading is not hiding pls help check my board

I just installed on 4.2.0 PL 2 and it seems to be working fine. My question related to the way sub-forums are displayed on forumdisplay.php

Currently they are being displayed the same (laqrge, full width) as a main forum is on forum.php Is there a way to have them displayed as small links on the forumdisplay.php ?

How do you get the margins spaced out like this. Mine sub-forum titles are overlapping right now.

Add this in CSS2:

Code:

min-width:XXXpx;

Replaces XXX with the minimum width you would like for your columns. You can also add max-width:. Having both will keep your columns a fixed width.

I have went through all the 32 Pages in this thread,
But couldn't find a solution which I need.

All the subforums are arranged by row ie., horizontally.
How to make it arrange by column ie., vertically ?

Eg.

Now it is:

Sub1 - Sub2 - Sub3 - Sub4
Sub5 - Sub6 - Sub7 - Sub8

Needed Result:
------------------------------

Sub1 - Sub3 - Sub5 - Sub7
Sub2 - Sub4 - Sub6 - Sub8

above image shows the differences in how IE and Firefox are displaying this mod...

I'd like to get them to match what IE is doing but not so far apart.

I've been playing with CSS2 min-width:XXXpx; but to no avail.

I've tried other mods for sub-forums but this is the only one that started to look right. at least in IE.

Is there a script that will let me space the sub-forums out more. I do not like how the sub-forum titles are being wrapped.

this problem driving me nuts ... hopefully im not the only one !!!

Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to do this with Categories and Forums. Right now it's Forums and Child Forums. I'd like to have my main forums under each Category show up in bullets like Child forums do with regular forums with this mod.

Can anyone tell me how to go about doing this?

My forum is growing greatly in content and sub-forums, and am thinking of structure it in a more horizontal, so that the forum not so long ..

But I would make it more graphic and try to put a custom image next to each subforum.

That is, in these times would be this:
