So hey...I bought your pixels-platinum skin from your site, and it's been 2 days, I've been charged the $29.99 already but I still don't have any sort of access to the skin I purchased. So far, not super impressed. Not asking for stellar customer service, just asking for the product I paid for. What gives?

i think is mega nice this skin, but i have a problem , the ad's in header or navbar are not working.. somebody knows how to fix this?

You can have your members go in and change it through the profile customization setting that vB enacted.

You're going to have to wait for Dave to change it in the next update. Otherwise, go into templates and edit. I'll look for it in a moment. I just told my members about the Customize Profile ability and they changed their profiles so we don't have that issue anymore. I would think it might be difficult to get that fixed in the template since it is a customization thing and styles keep changing in every update of vB. Could be wrong though. If Dave cannot give you a response I highly recommend asking Paul or Lynne or TheLastSuperman as they are very knowledgeable.

Awesome style. everyone loves it. where in the template do you change it. I need help if you can i appreciate it.

Tried importing it to my 4.1.1 boards, at no avail. Wont let me because it says it was designed on the beta version. Any ideas?

Put up a test version on my local setup with 4.1.1 and works fine. There are a few bugs to work through on it. When importing the style just tell it to ignore the version.

Is there anyway that we can remove the background images from these templates? I love the designs minus some of the backgrounds.

I would imagine the easiest way is to pick a photo you would like using and rename it to the same file name as the background, then upload.

I really didn't want a background image at all. There are a few quirks about the theme, which I will post feedback as soon as I have time to write it up and get screenshots.

What does it take to change the color of the forum post? I want it a grey color if that is possible for someone to help me.

Q & A:

Q: Can I change the background?
A: Yes, simply rename any large sized image to the one provided in the upload or go into stylevars and edit doc_background. This is the background settings for the theme.

Q: Do lighter images work with this theme.
A: Recent updates have allowed lighter and brighter images to be compatible.

Q: How come ads aren't working?
A: If an ad location doesn't work, which happens alot in vBulletin, just go to the ad templates under the theme, and add the ad code in the respective location where you want it.

this one is worse with most of the forums no longer transparent.

still has fault of text input field changing from white to tranparent when you click in it and many links going transparent when you hover over them. still trying to solve this.

i have also fixed the groups lists myself where the icons were too big and background was white

FIXES

CURRENTLY USING PREVIOUS VERSION 1.23 WITH ONLY ONE TEMPLATE USED FROM THIS LATEST UPDATE 1.24

1) The text input field for thread titles, tags etc goes transparent when you click in it, therefor making the text hard to see when typing title, i just fixed this by changing the stylevar

control_focus_background

set to white will keep background white even when clicked

2) The groups image shows white background with large icon

quite a few changes to the groups css templates eg setting icon size


3) Some links in the forum where transparent when hovered with mouse - this is actually fixed in latest version but as i am not using it, problem was solved by text hover colour in BLOCK STYLEVARS

4) profile tabs not showing up unless members customise profile,

used the userprofile.css template from this latest version

5) Finally solved this now, the links below the profile picture - view posts, view blogs etc were invisible when hovered over with mouse

solved by finding #sidebar_container a: hover in the userprofile.css template and removing the word hover

v.1.25 - Fixed about 15 bugs with forum-home, to hover links. Special thanks to fevredsuk for pointing out some bugs. All of those have been fixed. This is compatible to the latest version of vBulletin.

Optimizing community and this just didn't fit in with my plans.

It's a nice design. I don't like the background image only because it makes the text too hard to read. The "reply with quote" buttons/links need to be fixed they don't even show up until you put the mouse over them.

i cant use the banners manager for the header :( someone help?

This Theme is very nice, but their is a little problem. When i used the editor to create a new post. the icons are to dark. i can't see them. is their a way to see it better?
