Ahh, much better. Now i can see what you are talking about. And no, i was not wanting to start up an argument about anything. I just wanted to check it out, and when i did, i saw no resemblance until you posted the image above.

So what about it, well simple, i think you should get credit for your work now that i do see what you mean. I am sure they will do it now that you have mentioned it, but i think it is something they should have done from the start. Yet again, as you can see for yourself, looks like this skin is pretty much dead.

If you all want to have a try at fixing some of the issues yourself. Try using FIREBUG. It is an addon for firefox that allows you to decode the issues visually and you can test them with out having to actually apply the changes to your board.

The you just copy and past the code into the additional.css file within the style manager of the skin. I have been able to fix almost all the issues.

I vaguely remember the black n light blue one from the past a long time ago.

There are a number of problems that exist with this theme, namely white text on what backgrounds in Community Groups and Member List. The "Go To Last Post" actually go to the first.

It is however (shamefully) one of the best dark themes for vB v4. Most others have White text entry fields which cause huge problems for WYSIWYG text entry. My community has some Limited Sight Members, and this kind of feature isn't optional.

Don't suppose you want to pick up where you left off ... Lot of people would like this theme stabilised for vB v4, if you want to see the theme in action, it's the default on the link in my sig. Our community will certainly be happy to make a reasonable donation for your time & effort. I have reasonable HTML & CSS skills, but vBulletin pushes them far further than I am capable.

I'm asking for a solid version of this skin, or the knowledge to make the parts of this skin that work, work on other skins.

If you want to make an offer to repair this theme, then as I stated in my previous post, we'd be happy to make a reasonable donation. I am happy to discuss this with ANY theme developer that is happy to work on a budget =)

I would agree with PreciseDemise, If we can get someone to work out all the bugs in this one and is willing to come out with an update when needed, we also would be willing to pitch in with a donation.

After all, if this is your skin, then there should not be a problem with you taking it back over and fixing it all.

I still can't believe they copied your skin, that's really.....kinda bad. Especially without giving you credit.

But yes, they have been saying that they are updating and it will be done soon......and Christmas is coming soon too!

4 Months, No update to 4.0.5, and now we're on 4.0.6. Is this ever going to be fixed, or this developer completely useless? I loved this design on 4.0.3, now I can't upgrade my forum because of this, or I have to find another design that matches my site so perfectly.

I think this skin is pretty much dead. I don't think it will be updated at all anymore. Plus they copied someone else skin without giving proper credit.

Any news on the facebook button? I installed this template and now my facebook connect button is no longer visible. I went through this thread and found many who have the same issue. I tried editing my own header template with the:

but this doesn't work.

Theres also a part in the footer template.

I have been looking page from page for a solution to this problem yet I haven't come across it yet does anyone know how to fix this yet.

The deleted posts seems to be white. The buttons below it are also to dark to read. I really got tired of going through all the pages so if someone would tell me a fix to both of these problems it would be really great.

To fix my problem. (the navbar color problem) i did as below.

ACP/Styles & Templates/Style Manager/YOUR STYLE/StyleVars/Navbar/Navbar_border and changed the color to whatever you want.
rgb(27, 27, 27) will suit most.
Might be worth bringing the width to 0 also. Really depends on your style. But for me 0 was better than color change.
