Has anyone fixed the issue with moderated pics showing up in the output?

This has worked great so far no problems, members love it.

Probably a stupid question but other than usergroup permissions, is there anyway to exclude certain member's albums from being included? I have a good number of albums on my forum but in the random mode seems like only a few (maybe 10) are being selected.

Is there any way to get this table to refresh automatically with out refreshing the whole page. Apparently my lazy members just want too sit there and have the pics refresh. I am lazy too so how do I hook this up.(: I have a shout box on my form home page with this pics mod

That wouldn't be a question related to the mod, but a general vBulletin question.

This mod is killing the speed of the site. I disabled it and is responding MUCH faster.

I moved the files from the DB hosting to a directory hosting, and it helped but still slowed the site down to a crawl at times.

I know this is REALLY vague, but what can I do to stop this?

Great mod! How can I edit this so users can add an album? Right now, they have a hard time figuring out how to add their own album. I would like to say something like "Add your own album by clicking here." Thanks!

This is kind of dumb but I hope someone can point out what I'm overlooking.

I'm the admin/owner and I don't have access to the (pictures and albums) link in the quick links or the User Control Panel. I looked into the navbar template to hard code the link into the quicklinks and removed the <if> so I could see the link. Well that worked and I got the link but of course I was sent to a page saying I didn't have permission to see that page.

OK fine so I went and checked all the permissions and thats all good. As admin I full permission. I also checked to see if albums were activated and they are. This hack that I just installed is also active but not showing on my foum homepage (bottom). LINK

WHAT AM I MISSING. I know that albums are available to some members because Ive seen them but now something is set wrong and not even I can open an album.

Last rant I promise.

When is someone going to create a VB gallery that uses both albums and attachments or at least the image attachments. I loose so many good photos to dead threads.

Removing the IF Conditional wouldn't help if you still don't have permission to view the albums. That just show hides the link per usergroup. Are you sure Admins have permission to view the albmum in the Usergroup Premissions?

Yep. Here's a pic of the Album permissions for admin. I even checked all the other groups and except for banned useres everyone else has the same permissions.

Only thing I can think of is that maybe at some point you made changes to your individual profile settings.

I don't know if this problem was written before?

I got a small problem with showing the albums of users which are in the group "user awaiting email confirmation" because they have changed their email adress.
Those albums still appear in your box, but when a user tries to open it, he get an error message: you don't have the rights to view...


If I could exclude usergroups from showing in the box, nobody would get an error.
Maybe you can include that in an update.:up:
Or is this fixed in the VB 3.8 version of this mod?

I have this mod installed and only users who are logged in can see the album pictures on the home page. I would like to change this so that users who are NOT logged in can see the album pictures on the home page, but I can't find the control is for this.

I noticed that with the default vb settings anyone can click the album pictures thumbs and see the large versions as well. I want to change permissions so that only thumbs are visible to unregistered and folks need to register to see the full-size pics as well.

I set 'can view albums' to NO for unregistered here: Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> User Album Permissions, but that makes the whole latest album pictures block dissapear for unregistered. How can I do what I want?
