well, I encountered this strange problem with sending email to my forum's members
if I sent a notification message to the whole groups of my forum it works faster than usuale
as a matter of fact it's even faster than ever (may be 500 users per 10 seconds only) and no one recieve the message I sent from the admincp

but when I disable this hack every thing becomes normal

I just upgraded from vb 3.7RC3 with invitation system 2.0.2 to vb 3.7.1 with invitation system 2.0.3

I reverted the template USERCP_SHELL and added the code above because the code is different than before. Now I have two invitation system blocks in userCP. I mean that I have this listed two times in usercp.php
Please advise.

- List which members are referrals (statistics block on on profile)

i don't want to auto add referrals as friends - so that would have to be an option that you could turn on.

Maybe an option for the inviting member to select at profile.php?do=invitation:

Can I pay for a mod to this mod? I would like to be able to have multiple (3 to 5) invitations at once. For instance, have 3 inputs for 3 different emails. Everything else would stay the same.

I'm having issues with the setting.

If User Reg Option is turned YES, everyone on site can register without invitation link even though the "Disable Normal Reg" option is set to YES.

I have tried all combination, either I get an error (Registrations are closed) when I press the invite link that I received in my mail.

OR

Users can register without invitations too.

The point is that the users can register ONLY using the invitation link, but that can't be set or isn't working for some reason. I'm adding a link here with the screenshot of my settings, can anyone please help?

ps: when installed everyone gets 100 invites, it would be better to give mod the option to set the amount (X) invitation per usergroup.

There is a bug.

When "Disable Normal Reg" option is set to YES, the unactivated user can not request an activation email anymore. If the user enter this link http://site.com/register.php?do=requestemail, he will be redirected to the "error_invitation_not_valid" page.

When I install this mod puts a link in my header template along with my other navigation buttons.

I've had a look in the header template to edit this, but can't find it.

Where would I go to edit the link and make it blend in with my header?

Yea I want to rename invite friends in the navigsation to something else, how can we edit this? or heck remove that.

Also is there a way to give a specific usergroup unlimited invites?

NVM I found how to change the name, go to languages and phrases and search the frase "Invite your friends" and just edit that.

profile.php is already there, any other ideas? I have this hack as well as another that don't work on my navbar at all. Help!

I will be the fourth!!! Anyone else want the number of invites to be set in the usergroup so we don't have to visit each individual profile to change it from 10 to more or less. It may be a great idea to also be able to set it to have no limit. I really don't want to limit my members promoting my site.

Where do you change the "subject" of the email sent.

There is a Typo

it reads: Subject: You have be invitationd to join us.

Should read: You have been invited to join us.

I think he has forgotten about this hack.

I have tried to make my own fix, that removes one of the 2 Invitation System bloks in the UserCP

I have made a new "product-invitation.xml" that should fix the problem!

It works on my forum! :D I have added the new "product-invitation.xml" to this post.

I would suggest something very important.

Can you implement something where the administrator is able to see who has invited how many people and also able to see how many people have invited friends and how many have verified confirmation. It should be a list with user who have been sending invitations etc along with the new users that have been invited and how many posts they have also a date and time feature when invitation was sent out and when invitation was confirmed etc... i need all this to be viewable by the administrator.

I say this because your hack will be very popular, why? Because us forumers need members and some of us have premium features on our forum. So to entice our members we would tell them to invite new members and they must register and make posts, in return if a member reaches "x" invitations then he/she will receive our premium package.

does anybody else have a problem with new registered members after installing this mod? The new members don't receive any invites when they sign up. Where can I change this setting?

of course i really think this hack will win and be very popular if what i have requested gets implemented.

He already has the fundamentals in place.. just needs a few tweaks to allow administrator to see whats going on in more detail.
