Can you set your videos to be viewable by guests to see?

What I did was uninstalled this then tried to go into my database & see if there was dups. There wasn't. So I reinstalled it without touching the "fix the tables" file.

Of course uninstalling it deleted all my categories so I had to re-add them. Then I was trying to make it so guests could see because I figured you might show up. But when I saved the guest group permissions there was a database problem. So I had to use the "fix the tables" file after all. Then I was able to save.

I added some more videos & sure enough I screwed up again. Trying to edit an entry doesn't bring back the link to the video so if it is wrong until this is fixed you'll have to delete & start over. Otherwise all other options come back (category, language & link to image). So I switched it from Animals again to Music again. Same problem as last time.

But this time I went over to "rebuild counters" & the 1 under animals disappeared & reappeared under Music like it was supposed to. Rebuild counters fixed it for me. :) Thanks for adding that.

Other then being able to edit the video link should it be wrong...I think this is working like it's supposed to. Thanks for creating it. :)

Excellent hack - working perfectly as needed. Just a single question, when adding a new video, one can choose languages, how can I add/remove some languages? I need to add one more language.

I am having troubles uninstalling this. When I try to do so, I get this message: yes, I have uninstalled the plugins.

Nevermind, this issue has been fixed.

2. Playlist - let users define their playlist for continuous pleasure;

3. Firefox doesn't build enough buffer for uninterrupted experience - versus IE on the same machine.

4. Show favorites on user profile.

5. Not to show on the youTubeBrowser clips that are not authorized to be embedded elsewhere.

and grant access to all.

You are correct. After install, permissions must be set on all usergroups, including "ADMIN"

I agree, this mod seems fantastic and I would purchase the pro version immediately if it also supported uploading and hosting videos!!!

Is this the new version 1.0.4 lite? You might want to check his forum. I know Pro is now ion-cubed because of piracy. I also know it needs the domain name in order to function. Perhaps you hadn't changed the domain name in ACP?

Does this allow you to post videos in threads as well? If it does, it's exactly what I've been looking for.

This creates a whole other environment outside of your vbforum. It's essentially a youtube type environment where you post a video and your members can comment back and forth the same way, with ratings, views, voting, approval system, bookmarking, favorites etc. It's very nice.

However, it is the same technology in regard to uploading. No need for embed code. Just a simple link from the 25 sites which are defined in the instructions.

How can you make the redirect go back to the front page after adding a video? Don't want it redirecting back to the add media page.

hmm read this and searched this thread regarding the manage vtubes not showing any videos in there. can anyone shed any light on how to fix this?

It re-directs to the "tube-Show" page not the add video page after add. The only way you can add media is by clicking add media.

Can you elaborate on your query?

If you select to manage tubes in vbtubePro ACP, no videos will show up unless you approve them in the manage tube queue.
