The above is the error I keep getting. What do I need to do to figure out where this error is coming from. I get this error when I press the submit button to a new article.

I wanted to know if there a way to export stuff to a Non Vb page? because i wanted to show the latest article posted on my website side bar and export articles from a selected categorie?

Is there a way to include a hyperlink in an article. I tried using html and bb code but neither worked?

Also, where can I limit which icons are shown to authors in the editor. I just want a couple like bold and underline.

First off thanks for the grate mod! is there specific table I'm missing in this? When i got to edit the usergroups there was nothing to say "Yes" to view it. There's nothing that even says VB articles. Thanks!

Check at your forum directory /includes/xml if the file bitfield_vbarticles.xml exists.

Ok when i tried to post a article in a catogoey I made it came to "data base error"

Let us know when you come out with a simple plug-in...
copying this and copying that, moving this, moving that is
where mistakes start occuring.. a good thing about a xml
plug in, if it doesnt work, then i just delete it, and be done with it,
but if scripts like yours do not work, then we have to go in
and root out the files that were uploaded in multiple directories.

Is there a fix for this yet? I get the same problem and it appears that it doesn't change the setting for the article. Meaning, I check the db and find that the article I set to Editors Choice is still set to 0 when it should be set to 1. That tells me this feature is broken.

i cant get it to work with vbulletin 3.6.7 :( does anyone have it working with 3.6.7?

What problems are you having? I went through a couple of things before I got it to work.

when i try import the file it keeps telling me invalid file type :(

I have 4 different hacks from Mary, including this one running on 3.6.7.

All I did was uploaded files to root, Then in the admincp uploaded the product file and added my link on navbar. Works great.

as the Readme file? It's called "product-vbarticles.xml". Sometimes when I get that error it's due to uploading the xml files in the "Includes" folder instead. Also, click "Over Write" when importing. I've noticed that even if something hasn't been installed for some reason it's better if "Over Write" is still clicked.

I got it working, once i selected the "overwrite" the .xml file uploaded and its working 100%, thanks for everyones help :)

I seem to get my database error when I go in and edit my usergroups when I go in to user administrator and say yes to the vbarticles then when I save at the bottom that is when the sql error shows up, anyone know what this might be..

mgccustomusergroupperms is column the mgc chatbox creates, and has nothing to do with this hack.

Can those running this script verify that their Editors Choice feature is working correctly? Mary seems to be avoiding people who bring this up.

Went on site an Purchaced mod with extra's,blocks and brand free. Now can I just write overtop of this so I can keep what I allready did or should I start from scratch??
