Thanks...I have a few other thoughts on some changes for this but not right away...let's see if someone asks first before I make the changes....

Please... no more template changes for a while. ;)

I did make one change for my site that you might want to add in the next version though. In the "old posts" section of each template edit, I added this to the 'alt='

HTML Code:

{vb:rawphrase forum_contains_no_new_posts}

That way there is something there when you mouseover the icon. Users might think there is nothing there when there are new posts if they don't see anything there on mouseover when there are no new posts.

Also, are the icons centered automatically now? I left the settings at default and they are centered vertically now.

I followed the vb standard when indicating posts but I can add that in the next version. Icons by default should (I use that term lightly as I have no control over other hacks.) be centered if left at default. The next version will also allow for the lock icon when indicating locked posts.

They are centered horizontally on vertically now at default. Before I had to add some padding for the vertical setting. That is why I was curious if you had changed something to cause it to center vertically now.

The no new posts idea was just for users who are not used to not seeing the default icons.
