I am willing to add a few "Automation Options"; but I cannot do special requests for everyones needs. My suggestion at that point, I will automate a few of the award scenarios, and for more "advanced" options I would recommend looking at the cron scripts for the 3 I will make and see if you can figure out from that. I will try to help, but I don't have all too much time to work on cron scripts for people. I hope everyone can understand that.

The only thing I can think of, it wouldn't be done within the next week mind you, but pick like 3 "most common" award scenarios and try to automate those. Those 3 would most likely be
  • Post Counts
  • Usergroups
  • Membership Length
I will see what I can do on working with those 3. Just remember, it wont be anytime soon for those to be implemented. Give me a week or two atleast.

Take your time. Those 3 alone would be more than perfect!
Thank you very much :)

When you imported the XML, did it give you any errors then?

Check your vBulletin Database in the awards table, and see if you have an "award_allowrecommend", and "award_pointvalue" column.

no i didnt get any errors at all and i dont have those columns. Can i just add those in without issue?

Link takes me to a login page. Do you have a screenshot of the problem? Check it using the Default Style. If it's working fine on the default style, it's most likely an issue with the custom style.

I'm going to have to say yes, this is an "update". :)

Not sure why it didn't create them during the update. I can't duplicate this at all with upgrading, etc.

But yes, you should just be able to create the columns manually inside the database and all should be fine. Just make sure you look at the InstallCode in the XML for "3.8.3", so you can make sure you have the proper names and types.

I am getting this error
There's some error when sending your award request. Please contact site's administrator for assistant.

Have re-uploaded and modified all settings multiple times. Anyone know what causes this?

Are you filling out everything it's asking for? Could you provide me with a screenshot of what the form looks like (including your filled in forms) before you hit submit?

Also, a screenshot of your AdminCP Awards Settings where you enter in Forum ID if you want it posted to a forum, Username if you want it PM'd, etc.
