Ok after a little more investigation I found the problem :)
This mod will not display the style of the page if you have your css stored in the file system [ vb options >> Style and language settings >> Store CSS Stylesheets as Files? ] The reason i had this set to "store in file system" was because of THIS MOD For now I am going to store my css in the database so I can use this mod :) but would be good if this issue could be sorted. The modification does not work if the admincp-> Settings-> Style and language settings are enabled Store CSS Stylesheets as Files.
