I installed this and did upload the images to the correct folder, as the gold bars are showing but no stars?

This is in vbulletin 4.1.4.

Where is this? I don't understand where I am supposedly to be looking. I looked in products and plugins and couldn't find it.

I just need help now on how to get stars to display, and yes they are in the rep images.

Is it possible to make the reputation graphics to be shown in the center of the column cause I see them in the left.

What template should I change to make them be shown like that. It is more beatiful everything in postbit to be shown in the center.
