Where are the instructions on how to install this?

You go to plugins and products install new product and select this file.

i've noticed that once this is installed that it brings up your chosen default avatar on the forums, but if you have a recent blogs or forum posts widget on the CMS it doesn't show the chosen default image, it shows the vbulletin default one. What can I do to get the widgets to show the chosen default image?

Nevermind, i fixed it myself. It's easier to just manual change the unknown.gif image than bother using a mod for it.

Using this mod and it works great, however, it seems to conflict with a mod I tried for banned user's avatars. any chance you could add an option for a different default avatar for banned users?

Then it says it's a plugin and not a product. Tried uploading to XML folder and still nothing.
