i have even enabled it in vbulletin options....but it doesn't seems to appear !?!??!!!?

It is in your control panel under edit options

i working on new version with new features for vBulletin 4 (only) "read my signature".

alots of things done, new features added, bug fixed. more descriptive screenshots below:-
