Cliff Notes is that this version definitely won't work as-is with vB4. There hasn't been too much inquiries about it for vB4 so it has been low on my To Do list. However, with my own sites getting close to making the switch to vB4 also I'll likely be updating this soon for vB4.

FYI

I've edit the release settings to turn on the "Re-Use" option. There were no changes to the attachment.

I would have this in my board.
