When i have installing the french langage, my forum is reversed

There must be a problem in the French language file

Almotmaiz, your mod is great but I've problem. On my board is installed Cyb - Advenced Forum Rules (see topic).
After entered verification code from your mod, I take error from CYB: "You have chosen not to accept the forum rules, so registration cannot continue...". My new members have to accept board rules in first step, that's why I take this problem. Any idea how resolve it?

this translation language files from rigt to left never load translations this bacuse its kill your original language file from left to right alphabetic to right to left arabic... BIG BUG !! in the language files....
