inline attachments deleted when changing owner's name
SMODs can see the option but they don't have permission to use it.. So why is it showing?

The line in the moderation menu is blank and there is not text in the change owner window. Attached is a thumbnail of what I'm talking about. Happens in all styles. Seems like English language is missing?

Yeah, this one is very useful for sure, no way to survise without it on 4.0.
