Redlabour, i have been extremely patient with you. However, i have told you a countless amount of times to stop referring to the product as "Alpha" because it doesn't have your idea of a few "logical" features.

Sacha, i definitely appreciate you stepping in to lend a helping hand. Absolutely no issues against that. The only time things like that can get iffy is if you are trying to re-release or publish one of my modifications as your own or in means of seeking profits. After another not working Fix in Version 1.0.3 PREMIUM for the simple thing of getting a Link to deactivate the Tab-View in the Quick Links Section i have clicked uninstall now and would get the Refund from Gio like discussed with him before.

Maybe i buy it if it is ready and stable.

Update:

Who wonders - now he is no longer willing to give me the Refund he has talked about some Mails before.

Everybody should be warnend and make them a own Opinion about this Teen and his work - nobody should say to me they have not be warnend. And Attention - he is very fast in deleting Supportquestions in his Threads (which are private since 2 Days!!!) if they show clearly that he does not know what he is doing.

Maybe in some Years - if he is not longer a Teenager - he is able to create logical and structured Solutions to his Customers - but at this Time with 17 Years of Age it seems he is a bit overstrained.

This Lesson was truly worth the 10 EUR i did not get back now after nearly one Week of endless PMs and Mails without any Effects and Bugfixings.

Sorry - but i have buyed a lot of Hacks before for my Community - i never get any Disaster like it was this Time and i dont want more Users to get this Lession ....

You want $14.99 back for a script in which you paid for the initial features in which it still has, because 1 feature (which wasn't mentioned when purchasing the product and was just adding about a day ago) isn't working on your website?

Alright. I tried offering the best support i possibly could. You even had members on vb.org questioning your attitude towards the product. I suppose we'll let the law take it's course over with paypal.

That was thoughtful of you. However, like i said. Do you realize what you are demanding a refund for sir? There honestly (and i say this with total understanding of the situation) is no call for a refund, especially after the support you've been given. I just added another bit to the product and you're the only one with an issue (meaning there's probably a conflicting mod on your website, or you have your options set wrong). Did you overwrite the product in the new zip? Are you sure the zip you downloaded is the new one? Also, you initially paid $14.99 for this script when it didn't have that feature, and it definitely was not listed before. This is listed as virtual goods, like a member said to you earlier. I will not be able to issue you a refund as the product cannot be returned anyways, not to mention there's no reason for one. If you'd like, i will issue you the zip that you initially paid for simply with the fix i made to adjust to your style, which is what you initially paid for.

I fixed the issues you had in a speedy manner, gave you quick support, and even offered to check your site out directly to see what the issue was. I'm not sure what else you'd like from me sir. The product is not in an "alpha state", it was an issue of you wanting things other than what's offered or having conflicting issues/desires. I no longer have time to spend on this matter sir. By the way, i notice that you've mentioned my age a various amount of times. I just hope you can learn to be optimistic and hopeful regarding the fact that i'm young instead of feeling the need to try and "teach" me a lesson, which appear to have been your motives from the getgo when you make comments such as "And i think a 17 Year old "young" Developer like gio~logist has to learn that he has to work for the Money he gets." if anyone wants to see a working demo of this great hack, as it is in the LIGHT version (not paid) its on my website, and the members are loving it. It was very simple to install, just a very quick template edit for a custom style that i had to wait all of a few hours for giologist to explain how to do it, great support :)
