Only two things to make it perfect.

Double check your image url path...

Your question about dropdowns?

Currently when using dropdown menu's you will experience that issue...
If dropdown is active on any tabbar,,, that tabbar's main tab will disable and only dropdowns will become active... If this mod becomes more popular I will update it with better options...

Also I noticed that your tabbars aren't flush with your navbar...

FIX? ...>>> check your code within navbar template and place $tabbarsuite below this ...>>> <br />
