What does it say under AdminCP-Styles & Templates - Style Manager - All Style Options - Title Image ...?? For the Smooth Red style. What path is it there?

You do that in the forum home template.

You should really remove all the ad code from the skin before you upload it for others to use.

While I like the skin and have it installed, I had to edit it quite a bit to remove all that junk.
