From that screenshot it looks as though you are trying to make the title bold and the title field is not set to accept text formatting.

that is problem ...that comes automaticly <b> and notice name "novi sadrzaji libra"... i did not do anything ... just come up in title box? can you explane how to delete tickets?

With regards to deleting a ticket, if you have set the usergroup permissions correctly then when you view a ticket, under the Ticket Options menu, select Delete Ticket.

i set all premisions to yes ... for guests and admins ... you can use my another admin nik - bosss and will write pass on evo chat ... please ...

Mac, you need to set the permissions in your ACP:

ACP --> Usergroups --> Usergroup Manager --> Your usergroup (GO) --> HelpCenter Usergroup Permissions

If that doesn't work, try re-uploading all files (overwriting the ones on your sever already) and re-importing the product. Just uninstall the product you have in, before re-importing.

If it's still the same, then you may have a conflicting hack/mod. Therefore, I would like you to disable the plugin/hook system, and see if the problem persists. Edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

yes from this hack comes in title box name of notice with bold codes ... and i can not see delete options in helpcenter ...

but it didn't show me the option of departments

What does the hack do that conflicts with this mod? I might be able to help fix it in the next release.

that is some conflict..because i get in title box for helpcenter - bolded name of one of names in notices from another hack ... and can not delete tickets ...come not up in menu -delete !
