I cannot get this to work. Editing the file will not make it show up embedded... is there something I need to do other than import the product?

Installed last night. I have only tried youtube but it worked perfectly. Easy install, easy usage. Works great.

I do have two questions.

1) Is there a way to set it so only registered users (or certain user groups) can see/play the videos. Like pictures, another way to get people to register. I didn't see any settings in the ACP. Did I miss it?

2) Is there a way to automatically add default text under every video posted. I want to add a disclaimer that advertising videos/commercials are not permitted.

Edit: tested youtube and it works great. But the embeded videos don't display on my vbadvanced home page. Any ideas?

Check the vBulletin manual, it has information about products and plugins, and explains how to import the .xml file.
