Quick question - my navbar is currently pretty customized. Will this make any edits to the existing navbar row?

After I select New Post and I get the window that reads out:
"Sorry, there are no new threads to view. You may search for threads updated during the previous 24 hours, here." This navbar has vanished. Trying to figure it out but if anyone knows... |
