In dbtech_vbshout_css I added this condition, before all.
This prevent loading CSS and JS on every page on forum.
In my forum guests don't see shotutbox. JSs and CSSs aren't loading when anybody (gest, registered users) are not on main page.

I need some help to modify the shoutbox. If I ban any users on command shoutbox shows "Admin: Admin has banned xyz successfully". I want it to be shown directly as "Admin has banned the user xyz successfully." how can I change it. Also the new post which goes for moderation not shows in sb notification, please let me know how can I enable it.

Please ensure you've uploaded all files and that you're trying to install the latest version.
