Well, I must say i'm a bit confused so i'm posting a message here and I hope someone can help me out.

I have Vbulletin 3.7.0 Gold, I have a LOT of inactive users and I'm hoping this plug in will help get my forum more active.

Now as I have a lot of inactive users, I don't want my server going into overdrive because this script starts sending out loads of emails all at once, so my question is :

Should I be installing 1.09 or 1.11 to limit the amount of emails sent out per hour / day.

Thanks for your time, I'm hoping the effects of this mod will show as said in your quotes :)

Start with 1.09.

Well just a bit of feedback. This mod works GREAT, my forum has become a lot more active and a lot of previously inactive members have started posting again.

Great mod !

By any chance, can i set some kind of restrictions that the script does not send more than 250 emails per hour? My ISP has restricted emails to 300/hour. Lemme know.

thanks in advance.

I just enabled the product and set the frequency to 1, how long does it take to send out the first batch of emails?

Thanks!

Hi - not been able to focus on things like this in the past <god knows> months. I'm going to be making updates to this modification soon to improve it's performance and reduce it's annoyance.

Click install to make sure you receive updates!

Chimpie 08-13-2008 09:15 PM

So you've done the update or you're going to update it?

And it says that you are reverting back to ver. 1.0.9. Does this mean that the features, like the report, are gone now?

SoftDux 08-13-2008 09:18 PM

I like this plugin, it's very handy :)

I want to make a suggestion though, if it's not too much trouble. How about having an option to have an intro for the last 5 posts in the email as well?
