That would be a YouTube issue most likely. It's not unusual for embeds go down when they're doing maintenance.

How do I get the imageshack videos to embed? I have Active & Contained checked but not Extract.

No problem. I can't quite remember now, but I made the Image Shack (Videos) definition to embed from the videos main page, rather than the direct link.
