[forum-title] is what you had... unfortunately [forum-title] with [forum-id] combined is only available in the Pro version of DBSEO.

As to why you're getting a page not found error, try clearing your browser cache.

When I click on the link "Google Analectic Reports" it throws the below error:

Ummm all I can see is the error relating to the fact that SEO is not talking to Google, the code supplied has been entered correctly as in UA-12345678 but still get the same error.

Are you saying you don't see this setting:

Where it tells you that UA-12345678 is the wrong format, and UA-12345678-1 is the right format?

This is set automatically when you authorise DragonByte SEO to access your Google Analytics account, only erase the value of this setting if you are instructed to do so by DragonByte Technologies support or if you know what you are doing.
