Your File Cache was turned off. Any reason why you didn't/don't want it on, because that seems to be the source of the problem.

So it's working on LegendaryRockers, but when I tried to post the same URL on WaltDisneyBoards, it gave me the same error.

If you don't mind letting me try something. Let me delete all your existing definitions, not including Internal Linking and YouTube default, and importing my latest XML file. I want to make sure there isn't a conflict somewhere.
