You didn't give us much more to go on. Have you searched through all the pages of this mod and have you found any similar issues? If not, then you have to start reverting templates or at least disabling mods.

Hi, a couple of things I need.

1) wondering what I need to do in order to get active users to show on the forum home (not in the full page chat).

2) I didn't place the chat in a default location, but placed it after the  code in FORUMHOME. Now, when the chat gets long enough to need a vertical scrollbar (which is fine), an ugly horizontal scrollbar appears as well (not so good). This only happens in IE, Firefox is fine (surprise!). I guess I need to change some widths somewhere, but not sure where to change this. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Just as a guess from looking at that, it sounds like you most likely have a theme loaded that's incompatible with vBulletin 4. I don't think the error has much to do with the chatbox. My suggestion would be to try running with just the default forum theme first.

As always, your first troubleshooting steps should always be to disable all themes and plugins, start from basics, then slowly add things back in.

Every so ofter some of our members get a Security Token missing message. Any ideas?
