The Tabs don't appear in my Admincp. can anyone help? I am on VB 4.1.7

Is there any way when I view page that tab is active. Right now I have created 6 menu but, when I view that page, related tab is not active. This is basic thing and please help me here if someone has fixed this issue..

Why when the tab is a menu, the icon disappears?

What should I do to maintain tab is selected?
