I have no idea how to even begin troubleshooting that error otherwise I'd help you out. Be very careful who you give your info too though, make sure they have a decent postcount and a good reputation on here.

Is class_database_analyze.php in your /forum/includes folder? Recheck and make sure it's there, if not, upload it and see if that fixes it. It looks to my novice eye like it's just not finding that file.

club3g: no i didnt have that file uploaded, and it went through, but still did nothing:(

If that file wasn't uploaded, doublecheck the rest of 'em.

In /forum/includes:

class_tar.php
arcade_dd.php
class_database_analyse.php
functions_arcade.php

No idea. Is arcade.php in your /forums/ folder?

I'd go through and doublecheck all of the files in the zip to make sure they're there. If Includes didn't get uploaded, chances are /includes/xml didn't either, as well as the rest of it.

I am having the same problem and have checked and double checked to make sure that everything was uploaded
Is there anything else that I should check?
