I installed this in my forum. Great hack and our members liked it very much.
I dont see thanks button in the first post of any thread in any forum.

In Post thanks settings, we have
Only First Post = No

Should this be turned YES. Since the setting says "only" first post, I set it off. Because I wanted Thanks button on all posts including first post.

How do I go about setting this up ?

We have hack to display first post in all pages of the same thread. could this be causing a problem ?

Hi,

Ive got the mod installed, however I need to add a box around it so it matches the other items. Ive added an attatchment.

Ive looked in postbit_legacy, however can find no reference tot his mod. Ive also looked in post_thanks_postbit_legacy but cant work out where I need to put the following bit of code:

author of this hack..kindly read our problems....i am still having the problem with security token...everytime someone clicks on thanks they get a security token message..image below of the exact problem

Installed this... very cool.

My best contributers really liked this mod. The rep system became useless for it's intended purpose(which is ok).

One question, how do I see a list of members ranked by their thankyou count - sort of how you can see the members ranked by posts or rep points in the member listing?

Can Thank You's be listed in the member listing.

(My apologies if this has been answered, I tried to search in this thread but found nothing. If it was covered, a link is all I need.)

Thanks for this great mod! I have a feature request:
Provide a 2nd set of "Ban Usergroups" & "Ban User" settings in VB Options so that when this mod is enabled for all posts, one set of "Ban Usergroups" & "Ban User" can be applied to first posts only, and another set can be applied to all postings. By having 2 sets of these settings, the admin can allow all users to thank first posts while allowing only admins, moderators, & thread creators to thank all posts. Thanks for considering ;)

Abe I found the problem. It was not from your hack but an old one which did non uninstall correct.

Hmmm, this one doesn't seem to want to upload for me. I have uploaded the upload folder to my forum root, but when I tried to upload the product, it wouldn't do it. It looked like it was going to, but it never do, so I backed out.

Any reason why that would happen?
