Hey vbDev.....the error when copying threads and moving posts still exists even after 2.2.1 upgrade.

My issue seems to be similar to many others. The odd part is, the LAST version I used worked perfectly. When upgrading to the latest version, many different issues occure such as slow/no loading & many members are complaining of lag issues.

Any major code changes in the latest version that may cause this?

Is there a possibility to have a option to some usergroup have diffrent font color ?

The module is set for everyone or no one to be able to change their color via the user CP. Although I think this option would be nice.

Function Display the chats time not working..... !

Let you choose to display or not the time column in the chatbox (it will still be displayed in the archives even if this option is set to NO)

I set this option to YES! Here is a Print Screen of problem - TIME not show in ARCHIVE page, and it's displayed in chat box! I use VB 3.8.1 and Chatbox 2.2.1.

No one can help with this issue? Is there something I can change in the xml to just set the image path?

Also I stated before that registered users seen the chatbox opposite of the settings..This is false. Safari users see the chabox opposite.

Well I found out the problem that causes that lag issues. This will be corrected in the next release.

Well you can select the default color for each usergroups chat in the usergroup permissions yes.

It is meant to do so. I think it's stated in the options, archives are not affected by this option which seems logical as archives keep chats from long ago.

Well you can edit the templates if you want but that's not very efficient.

I asked you if that IF thing was default vBulletin working or if you add extra plugins for that ?

About Safari issue, I have it (am on a Mac) and I really don't have that issue.
Perhaps it's because I am running the next release and I corrected many things.

I agree, and I think we not understand (read carefuly my message - maybee my english is not good.... :o). In archive page, TIME IS NOT SHOWING! That's the problem :) I also think that time should display always. Screenshot is from Archive page!

Yeah I didnt have all the files uploaded - I went through file by file and made sure each was in the appropriate folder - I was missing 2.

I just pass thrue all of your options and I find all option for archives time on Chats display page. My date/time displaying settings are:

Display the chats date - YES
Chatbox dates format - d-m-Y
Activate the display of Today/Yesterday in the date for the chatbox - YES
Display the chats time - YES
Chatbox times format - H:i

Number of chats per archives page - 50
Display order of chats in each archives page - Newest messages on top
Archive's date display format - d-m-Y, H:i

Maybee some combination of functions give this problem :) I just see that in archive page I just see TODAY and YESTERDAY messages!? In I turn OFF Activate the display of Today/Yesterday in the date for the chatbox date and time was shown correctly (05-03-2009, 10:54). BUT I notice that here I have one more problem - I see only today and yesterday messages (!?!?) even if I set "Number of days before automatic chats removal - 15"!!! For this options you wrote:

"WARNING : by activating this option, the date and hours format set for the chatbox will be replaced by the forum's default one"

Maybee problem is here? It just need to display Today, H:i (or Yesterday, H:i or for older chats full date/time 03-03-2009, 12:54). I think that this is working with older version(s).....

The problem happens for me when you try to "Copy Thread" under the "Thread Tools" menu...and it happens every time on every thread.

I installed this to mess around. I liked a lot of features but won't switch from Inferno's product just yet. Some thoughts:

Clicking a user's name should open a pm.
Everytime the chat refreshed the input field lost focus.
Take a look at Inferno's constant ajax reloading. It's awesome and has a very IRC-feel.
Why is a channel image required? I'd prefer text.
The option to expand the input field to 100% of available space would be nice.

Well I do not agree with you, in all vB pages, clicking a username would let you go the user member page, this is why I did it for the chatbox.
Clickin the menu and then Send PM is not a huge thing IMO ;)

It's up to you to make it "constant" just a question of refresh time !

If you don't put an image name, the channel title is shown.

Input field size is an option.

1. In archive page I have messages only from today and yesterday (I set in options auto delete for 15 days!!!).... :eek:
2. When is turn ON Activate the display of Today/Yesterday in the date for the chatbox in archive page I not see time! Just Today or Yesterday without any time!
3. If Activate the display of Today/Yesterday in the date for the chatbox is set to NO, then in archive page I CAN SEE date + time correctly!

The difference being if I do that it will refresh whether there is data or not whereas Inferno vbShout will only refresh when there's new data to show.
I tried that but it's not consistent across browsers.
Fixed field size is an option. What I'm talking about is having the field take up all available space as a default no matter your resolution. Take a look.

Every time.....can you replicate it?

Installed everything in the download zip, but nothing shows up on the site. I tried to install the 1.0 because I want to upgrade to vbadvanced and that module for chatbox. So neither show up on either versions of my forum. I've checked everything a few times, but I still get nothing.

Did you go into the group permissions and give access to the chatbox to the appropriate groups?

They are turned OFF by default, so no one (not even you) will see them until you turn it on.

You also have to actually install the product and the language...if you didn't do that, it's in the readme.

I uploaded the product and installed the language. Where do I do the group permissions at? When I look at the permissions in the cmps, is shows them as being on, but that's for the vbadvanced and it still doesn't show there. Is there another spot for permissions for my standard vbulletin board?

-Log into Admin
-Select Usergroups
-Select Usergroup Manager
-Select a group (start with yourself, Admin)
-Scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see this section "MGC Chatbox Evo : Custom permissions "
-The first option is "Can view the chatbox"

I'm gonna bet that option says "no" for you. :D

Yes I will disable YUI so that no Ajax request is performed ... vBulletin ajax is based on yui so answer is NO.
