Like I said Mrdby, you need to open up a ticket. I do not see any new tickets about this, meaning one was never created or someone has taken it on (like you would like to see). Also I checked to see if your account, mrdby, has had anymore tickets since about a month ago and there hasn't been any additional ones created. There is a thread created, but as this is a potentially exclusive problem to your forums, we really need to discuss the problem with you in private on a ticket and possibly get access to your forums. Hey man it is looking good, the upgrade is great. I have a problem though, because in the beginning i created an for you to access my styles, however after I deleted it, it is still showing up in zoints, but there is actually no account with that name anymore. How can I delete the profile of this account from zoints? cheers in advance |
Hey Jay, thanks for the words. As for removing the account, go to your Zoints Installation (/z), click settings, and then click Zoints Admin Area. From there click Members, search for the username of the account, click the name, and then check "Close" and save.
