From the way you worded this and step 1 of your install text it appears clearly that this is integration and not the actual Flashchat product, of which I can dl for free at there site. Correct?

Secondly is there anyway within the controls that I can disable users changing the layout, or is there anyway I can make the layout of the chat pull from the existing style that a user is on?

Thanks in advance, and I've hit installed but will wait for answers before I do anything.

For Flashchat inside a vBulletin page you need to link to .../misc.php?do=flashchat

Where is this?

i installed flashchat in my forum

and integrated in main menu of forum..
but the layout is different then in my forum (font etc..), is it possible to change in same layout of my forum (as last user connect, users online etc..)?

I have the number of chatters showing on the navbar on the main vB forum page, but which plug-in do I need to change the 'Hook Location' of to make the $totalchatters a global variable seen in all forums and threads?

Aha! I found the setting you referred to in the vB Options:

ACP -> vBulletin Options -> Who Is Using Flashchat -> Code Option -> Run Code on all pages

I saw the message above but is not clear how to do it..
