Currently, the free version overrides all the others users colours to match the one you want.

I want to be able to let each user have their own colour displayed.

I am loving it. Decent shoutbox..

Few of my user not able to see the shoutbox at all ? What could be the problem ? Did check with all browser etc.

Is there any usergroup permission settings for the shoutbox ?

Go to the DBTech - vBShout drop down> instance management> edit> scroll to instance permissions.

I don't get DBTech Option anywhere :( Does it suppose to come on left hand side under Admin Control Panel ??

If yes then nothing I can see like DBTech or vBShout etc

If you just can have a look. Shoubox is not at all visible for this user

in shoutbox manage in admin cp view banned users is work but this menu not shown any for other moderator shoutbox
