Have you checked the groups chat permission in the ACP?

When this user wants so join, autologin fails, as like manual login...

would be pleased if there is a possibility to get this running... maybe reinstalling the plugin? Cause the group was created after installing the integration and flashhat...

When the group was created is irrelevant. You obviously have a setup problem somewhere.

I have successfully installed Flashchat. I am now ready to install the integration mod. In the instructions it says to "upload the chat and includes folder".

My flashchat is the root of the forums directory in a folder named chat. Do these folders go into that chat directory, or the forum root directory?

Just not sure on where these get installed.

You shouldnt be set up like that really. The chat stuff goes in the chat folder, the includes stuff in the vb includes folder, you will have to manually copy each seperately.

Bear with me here as I am new to all of this. Maybe I am using the wrong terminology.

My forum is located like this

www.####.info/forum

Flashchat is located www.####.info/forum/chat

I have installed the flashchat and it will let me log in. I am now to the point where I want to install your mod. This is where I get lost.

If I upload the chat and includes folder, where do I put it? If I put it in the /forum it will overwrite the existing chat folder, will it not? Is that what it needs to do? Also, where does the includes folder go?

It will not overwite the existing folder, it will just overwrite one file (as required). You copy the includes to the forum folder as well (where you should already have one, this copys a new file into it).
