Hello, great mod but i need to know if there's an on/off option for the random pictures in the forum index since i've added it in the portal i'd like to have this feature enabled so is it possibile?

If you don't want to show Random Thumbs in the forumhome, then remove:
$photoplog_forumhome

Question?, Is there a way to get all replys to images to show up as new post?
If a member coments on another members image, that comment goe's un-noticed.

this doesnt work with vbulleting v3.6.4 at All, made the changes, i see the gallery but cant upload images, i dont see the gallery on forum home so i am trying to upload a test image but i cant upload because it says the upload.php does not exist on the server.. exemple.com/forums/photoplog, links are generate for exemple.com/photoplog/upload.php..

Works fine on 3.6.4 for me.
