thanks

I tried to extend this to vBPortal myself, but didn't get too far, my knowledge of php is too limited .. :(

I found that there were so many good hacks, mods and themes that had been adapted for vBAdvanced that reverting back to vBA was a far easier option than spending many long hours trying to adjust these mods/hacks for vBP!
Now got a redundant vBP license.

This script has just killed my forum upon uninstalling!

I used uninstall product and then local_links_kill.php.

I now get:

Invalid SQL:
SELECT dateline, userid FROM customavatar WHERE userid =;

It uses the module approach like vba. tried making one but limited on php.

I have never used vba so not sure of its capabilities. Plus this is for someone else.
But I thank you for your suggestion, it is worth looking into.

Andrew, would it be possible to make LDM auto delete uploaded files from a set category. I was thinking about adding a requests section for small files, obviously these files wouldn't be needed forever so if they were pruned after 7 days and deleted from the server by the script it would save me a bit of time and sever space as I know full well I'd forget to delete things.

I only updated to a version that allowed uploads a couple of days ago and it's great. Your efforts are appreciated, thanks.

Marianne, I'm at a bit of a loss to help you, since this hack doesn't touch the customavatar table, nor the list of userids. What else have you installed?

Another request: Could you look into integration with James' Redirect hack?

could someone please clarify the file/byte quota system:

if a usergroup is set to 2 files / 100mb - will it stop them at 2 files or 100mb? that is, will it take the lowest first?

currently, i host large files and small files. i want my users to be able to get two large files (100mb limit) or many small files (up to 100mb). should i just turn off the files and keep the 100mb byte limit?

any info most appreciated.
(i've said it before (and will probably say it again) this util is absolutely excellent... there is no other utils that does the job for vbulletin like this!!)

Yes, you should probably disable the files limit. LDM stops the user at the first limit to be hit. For the bytes limit, it prevents a hit if this will take the user over their limit.
