but I uninstalled it because of the bug (thanks received = zero) |
I don't know why, but it run for hours, and the funniest thing is, thanks are imported, but they are sorted with wrong date.
|
Whenever I click either 'Like' or 'Dislike', a dialog pops in the screen with the text "Unknown Error".
I'll click the OK button to make the dialog disappear, but only after I refresh the browser do I see that my like/dislike is recorded. This occurs in either Internet Explorer of Firefox. |
Why does this mod "remove" the original header content? As soon as I enable this mod, the original header doesn't accept any changes. I can completely remove its content and it will still show everything.
Is this due to some sort of caching or hook that overrun the header? Using vb 4.1.8, publishing suite. This mostly concerns the Notifications functionality in the header. I want it back please! Until then, this mod sadly must be disabled. |

I couldn't search for users' posts. I saw that after I tried to run importer. I'm not saying that importer caused this, just that I'm sure it was working before and that after I tried to run importer it doesn't work anymore. I opened thread on vb.com: https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/show...be-found-error Now I'm starting to think that this could be related with importer. Please, read that thread and what I found out, could this be related with importer? Also, just to note another problem, I see thanks for imported posts in profile (wrongly sorted as I reported before), but not when I look at the posts. For some reason, posts aren't imported right. Is there an easy way to loose changes made by importer? Some mysql querry that I could ran to revert what importer has done? |
You could prune the dbtech_thanks_entry table but that will get rid of ALL entries, not just the imported ones. I don't know of a way to filter out just imported ones :(

Installed your MOD and like it a lot.
I would like to change the Title text "Post Thanks / Like" (the text above the buttons in the post) to something else? Do I have to modify a template or phrase? If so which one? Thanks for any help Michael |
Try to search in the Phrase Manager for that text :)

If somebody else wants to change this text you need to do the search as mentioned and replace the "$vbphrase[dbtech_thanks_post_thanks_like]" with the text you want |
