I'm having a problem with the auto-refresh. I have the auto-refresh interval set for 10s, auto-disable if over load set to 0, and possible manual refresh time set to 10s. On the homepage just under the stats, the "auto-refresh interval: 10s" will switch to "loading" quick every ten seconds as if it is fetching data and then go back to "auto-refresh interval: 10s", but the latest posts still will not update.

Only thing I have seen here was that the server may be running in PHP safe mode, however I have verified that is set to no.

Can you offer any advice?

i have upload a new image to this folder (overwrite the old image) but the old image is still same. I have delete my cookies and cache and reload my page but i dont get the new icon. (i test on Firefox and IE)

I tried to disallow the appeals section, and the staff admin area once I do that it does not show things from any section.

anyway to fix this?

Are there any known exploits in this plugin as of right now? I ask because my forum was hacked initially in April 2012, and it's been going on and becoming worse and worse ever since, and recently, someone else's forum was hacked as well, he had the same issues (site being taken over by redirects), and he had your AFS plugin installed:
