Too bad the entire flashchat and integration blocks the ability to backup the VB databse from within the admin cp.

and how does it block that exactly ?

It just hangs up and stop the backup process as the flashchat files are the first to try to back up in the list of all the DB files to be backed up via the vB backup tools in the admin cp.

My webmaster couldn't get it to not hang up during backup either.

Works fine for me, and integration has no effect on the mysql tables anyway.

Hi everyone. I'm a bit of a noob here, but I'm picking things up.

I've just installed this, but we want to change the page name from FlashChat to BlackChat in the breadcrumbs nav section so that our competition (who watches us like a hawk) doesn't know what modules we are using without really snooping.

And also the module page directly if possible.

ie misc.php?do=flashchat&room=1 to misc.php?do=blackchat&room=1

I hard coded the menu in NavBar so it says chat already, but these are making me scratch my head a bit.

Any suggestions?

The Navbar/Breadcrumbs can be altered simply by editing the phrase "Flashchat" - you cannot alter the links without quite a few edits of the actual plugin code.

I just installed Flashchat and this Integration mod. Everything is working fine, the way it is supposed to be, but I want to tweak it a little.

The chat opens within the forum, and I like that, but I want to make it so it opens a new window or tab when someone clicks on Flashchat in the navbar. What do I need to do to accomplish this?
