Well i did look around so i figured as much it was input_background but when it didn't change i wondered why. The text is black so obv. the guy meant for it to be white background. something is just glitching idk

Ahh, I appologize for my absense. Currently have a huge priority list to go down before hitting this theme. I will try my best to get to it but there's a huge work load on forum-skins.com and some of my sites that is causing me to be extremely busy.

After all this is pro-bono work (free) :P

Once again I appologize for any glitches. Blame vbulletin 4.08 for it, I swear it was perfect before that upgrade. I'll be fixing the rest of the glitches --soon hopefully.

First off Dave, I appreciate your work.. Unfortunately I am no longer using this style to to the color issues I have been having for months. The issue is the gray text on darker gray or black background and it easily viewable on all the demos..

It is just a pain to change because of the transparency settings etc... That was my main complaint but I know it is free so it can't take all of your time.. I guess the grey text didn't bother too many but my clients were going crazy about it. It could be monitor settings or various browsers that make this not work but much of the test was barely readable. In reality it took me a couple months before I even noticed it but sure enough if you look through the secondary pages you will see all of the secondary or descriptive text as a barely readable very dark gray text..

Either way I appreciate your work so please don't take my complaints for anything other than constructive..

There's no rule where the copyright must go to as long as the content on those sites are responsible.

I need a bit of help I have installed this skin and all looks Ok except for the memberinfo page is jacked up. There is not table seperations or formatting. Is this a known issue and how can I correct this please.

Is member profile page supposed to be default skined(white and blueish)?

It seems the top advertising banners arn't working correctly - I had to custom code it to drop my banners in there.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Spoke to soon. Noticed if you go to any groups (community groups)... The background & text are both white.

I tried the Space style and there were several issues... it messed with my CMS layout and put the sidebar on the opposite side from the way the layout was. Also, the transparent background didn't show up as being transparent on my forum on the places where it was supposed to be transparent that is.

I'm running vb 4.1.0 PL1, I believe it is.

that body thing isnt correct ;)

go to style manager and then select edit templates (for the style you want to have a static bg)
then search for CSS templates double click on it. Search for Vbulletin.css and add the following to the HTML attribute

background-attachment: fixed;

if you have done this correct it should look like this:

Question for you Dave, because of the profile customization, when people look at their profiles, you can't see half the text because the defaults on Pixel Glow have the text as transparent. Anyway around this or is this a vB4 thing? Also, where do I donate to you?

Go to the pencil icon right next to the header and click, then > inherit

I am noting a few things with the user profiles. Granted, they are a Hell of a lot more legible than what happened in 4.0.8, but there's still some parts that are illegible:

• The tabs along the top of the box on the user profile disappear as soon as another one is selected.
• The customize colors only has the paint icon there (text is same color as the background)
• Birthday entry is transparent which partially masks the birthday text
• I've actually got the Occupation field open for editing. You can barely see it, but the two buttons down below the white field are barely visible with no text on them either.

Other than those things, which I might even class as minor, it's a great dark skin. I like dark skins.

One thing I just noticed.

The template calls for
/images/pixelpremium/statusicon/wol_lockedout.png
but the image you supplied is a .gif not a .png, therefor I have a big red X!

I made the png on my own for now but something you might want to fix!

I also miss a visible text of the several tabs of the profile on white space :erm:

I have installed this badass theme and it's working fine except for one tiny problem....in my user profiles the tabs above the visitor messages box (about me, friends, etc.) do not show. Neither does the buttons on the top-right of the message box (the little paint bucket) or the 2 buttons below-right of the message box...they're blank...and the tabs are transparent. Is there any way to fix these issues? I love this theme...great job!
