All this means is that they are using tapatalk.......he's also posting from droid, so it's available for that too

I finally got around to marking this installed even though we've been using it for months on www.planet-9.com

Our members seem to like it and we are also waiting on the Blackberry support as I don't want to have to install another product to get that.

FYI you can also customize this "Unknown Location" to something more descriptive. One of the vbulletin.org member has created a Who's Online Plugin for Tapatalk:

FYI we have just released another update to Android. Less force-close and added few more features such as able to see avatars in Who's Online list. Enjoy.

Just checking with you guys that whether you have trouble to locate the app from the Android Market? we heard few incidents that users cannot find the app if their device OS on version 1.5.

We have released another round of iPhone update at app store. Version 1.5.6 with a new logo! Enjoy!

Using an HTC Eris with 1.5 os cannot find the app in Market.

Can you check again? We have just released another update at the market. Version 1.0.9 with a lot of UI change and bug fixes. Let me know if you still can't find it in the market.

I've upgraded my tapatalks on my 3.8's to 1.3.1 and I'm getting "Network Error" messages when I try to login. Anybody else getting this?

is it just us admins that need to buy it or do all our board members have to buy it to use it?

You as an admin install the plugin on your website, and then your members will have to purchase the app.

There are free version for all the mobile platform that is currently supported.

We have managed to release an update on app store with new features such as ability to return to the forum after the app is restarted (to overcome the iphone missing multi-tasking). Fixed a lot of bugs also.

I have not got a response in the tapatalk forum about this issue. Do you have anything new? Will ISO 8859-7 encoding will be supported in a future version, or we should remove our forum from the list, cause we get a lot of angry members.

I believe the team has been looking into this and they may email you directly to get it resolved. We don't have a greek language setup to reproduce it so it may be a bit slow to proceed, but we will try our best.

Problem is solved from the team. Here is the solution in case someone else experiences similar issues as provided from Yao:

While I really don't like the fact that each of my users have to pay for this, I'd rather much pay for it server side and be free to users, but I am keeping an eye on this. Once Blackberry support has been confirmed it will be something I really look at and consider adding to my site.

Totally understand where you are coming from. As soon as our BlackBerry version is completed we will be able to offer almost complete coverage of iPhone / Android / BlackBerry / Nokia smartphone devices.

Having that said we aware of a lot of limitation of the current app but we are getting there, We're trying to close the gap between iPhone and Android and will soon to be able to do the same for BlackBerry.
