I only allow mods to use the pager, and one mod's pages keep coming through as "guest" and when I reply he never gets them

I've got some problems with line 2013 of functions.php:
Code:

//$debughtml .= " (<a href=\"" . htmlspecialchars_uni(SCRIPTPATH) . iif(strpos(SCRIPTPATH, '?') '?')'?')'?')'?')=== false, '?', '?','?','?','?','&amp;') . "tempusage=1\">Template Usage</a>) (<a href=\"" . htmlspecialchars_uni(SCRIPTPATH) . iif(strpos(SCRIPTPATH, '?') '?')'?')'?')'?')=== false, '?', '?','?','?','?','&amp;') . "explain=1">Explain</a>)<br />\n";
Yeilding me this handy dandy error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/.eliot/bbikers/beginnerbikers.org/includes/functions.php on line 2013

If I // out that line, the forum works fine, if its in there, no go. Rest of the install went smoothly, whats the deal!?

i hope someone can figure out this problem as this is a nice hack

right, now i know its not just me goofing up the install..as someone else has the IE errors.

is there any support for this problem, as in theory its a cracking hack, just a shame quite a few ppl are having problems with this issue.

help????

I have to turn it off, unfortunately. I've been using this hack for quite a while, and, for some reason, I, the admin, have no problem turning off the pager boxes. But others in my forums cannot. I'm not sure if it's the security settings in the browser (we compared them, and we can't seem to find what might be causing the "persistent pager box", or, if it has to do with the fact that I, as admin, can erase these boxes. For some strange reason, if I log in as one of my members, I can erase his or her persistant pager box, even though they can't. Maybe it's a cookie issue. Why I can have the pager function normally, and others in my forum can't, is beyond me.

For now, it gets turned off. Until someone can figure out what's wrong with this.

Hmm.. we use Mozilla Firefox and IE. No problems with this hack on our board.

I think it`s an individual setting on the users pc - IE. :squareeyed:

Hmm.. a reason for this problem can be a very high selected firewall - Popup Blocker. :ermm:

I have been using this for a while now, it used to be for moderators and admin, but I have set the permission for all registered users to use it, and never have or had any complain from anyone!

I just can't figure out why it's happening to some of you guys :(

Yes, right. We also have no problems - it works great. :nervous:

surely that cant be the case if all my members on my board are having the same problems??

bloody shame as well, as its one of the best ideas to come out for a while as well.
