I like this mod :)

But I do wonder why it adds copyright as follows:
"Powered by vBulletin™ Version 4.2.2
Copyright ? 2015 vBulletin Solutions, Inc. All rights reserved."

When mod is disabled, the copyright doesnt show and I yes, I paid for branding free vbulletin :)

Can't speak 100 percent for Ozzy, but I am pretty sure he did that just to be compliant with his Mod, on non-branding free installations of vBulletin. I am pretty sure you can just edit it out of the Ozzmodz Advanced Footer template. In fact I am very sure you can.

Yeah edit the template ozzmodz_advanced_footer_footer and comment out the copyright line, that is probably what you did in your other footer.
