Updated! Fixed blank register.php page, version link and now when you open the panel the email/sername input is automatically focus

Thanks Scanu. It works as desribed on my test forum where encoding is ISO

But on my working forum I have to use UTF-8 because of multilang. The 1.1.2 is not working
Resisted button takes to nowhere
No cursor in namemail field

Had to rolback to 1.0.2

Any solution for utf-8 please?
