You may want to try and disable all other mods. There may be a conflict with jquery.

I am running 2.1 on vbulletin 4.1.9 with no problems.

It is a shame as it looks like a very nice mod to have.

You will also have to disable all plugins as well.
You should then flush your cache.

Yes try with the 2.1 or check your plugin, if you have other plugins that are working on the same template this is probably the problem. Trevor give me your code with the plugin ON and i will see for the problem
