my banner only works in navbar template....not header....is there a fix yet?? i love the mod...just want it in the header

is it impossible to get this mod working global below navbar. Tried everything. doesnt work at all. And people are asking the same question here all the time. But no one gets and straight answer. Is this mod working in CMS or not. Useless in my eyes if you cant use it global.

How does it show below navbar when the loacation should be header?

is there anyway to get this to work in the top right header area...? I've got vb ver. 4.0.3 and it only works below the navbar. Love this MOD! But I'm pulling my hair out trying to get this into the header area... any help from the OP would be great! or anyone at this point. :-)
