How do I add menu's in navbar with same graphics as Quick Links and the Community Links dropdown popups.

I've simply replicated community_links

, but my drop downs have no graphics and are just...

That's thanks to Internet Explorer (no matter what version).
Get Firefox (or Chrome) instead.
