If they don't wanna pay, they can't see the hidden content. I think there is no way to see the hidden content without paying (email subscription, archive, blah blah)

When I have thanks/award enabled when I click the link it just opens a new window with the page I am currently on. Any reason for this? Also are there any plugins to be used with this? Also is there a readme associated with item types etc. It is all a bit confusing without documentation.

About your question. Which version of vBulletin are you using? Did you accidently disable any plugins of kBank?

PS: As I guess, the new windows only display the post, not the whole thread, right?

Correct. And I am pretty damn sure I did not. And the latest version.
